The Eurofighter Typhoon is a twin-engine, canard-delta wing, beyond-visual-range, close air fighter aircraft with surface attack capability, designed and built by a consortium of four aviation companies: EADS Deutschland (formerly DaimlerChrysler), Alenia Aeronautica  of Italy, BAE Systems of the UK and EADS Spain (formerly CASA); working through a holding company, Eurofighter GmbH. Eurofighter has 'supercruise' capability: it can fly at sustained speeds of over Mach 1 without the use of afterburner.The project is managed by the NATO Eurofighter and Tornado Management Agency, which also acts as the prime customer.

The MBDA vertical launch Mica short-range air defence system, VL Mica SHORAD, is an anti-air multi-target, all weather, fire-and-forget short and medium-range missile system. It is intended for use both by air platforms as individual missiles as well as ground units and ships, which can be equipped with the rapid fire MICA Vertical Launch System. It is fitted with a thrust vector control (TVC) system. The modular VL Mica system includes a tactical operations centre with up to four multi-round missile launchers. MBDA displayed the system for the first time in February 2000 at the Asian Aerospace 2000 Show in Singapore. The first vertical launch of the VL Mica missile took place in 2001 at the Centre d'Essais des Landes range in France.

The Sejong the Great-class destroyers (Sejongdaewang-Ham or Hangul: 세종대왕급 구축함, Hanja: 世宗大王級驅逐艦), also known as KD-III guided missile destroyers are being developed under the Korean Destroyer eXperimental (KDX) programme of the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN).

Hermes 900 is a tactical medium-altitude, long-endurance unmanned air vehicle (UAV) system principally designed to allow the Israeli Defence Force to perform intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) operations. It is primarily used to capture real-time imagery of the battlefield and transmit it to a universal ground control station (UGCS). It is derived from the Hermes 450 UAV.
The Hermes 900 UAV is designed and manufactured by Elbit Systems. The maiden flight was undertaken on 14 December 2009. The UAV has completed more than 25 test flights since the initial flight.

Chungmugong Yi Sun-sin class destroyers (Hangul: 충무공 이순신급 구축함, Hanja: 忠武公李舜臣級驅逐艦) are multipurpose destroyers of the Republic of Korea Navy. The lead ship of this class, ROKS Chungmugong Yi Sunsin, was launched in May 2002 and commissioned in December 2003. Chungmugong Yi Sun-sin-class destroyers were the second class of ships to be produced in the Republic of Korea Navy's destroyer mass-production program named Korean Destroyer eXperimental, which paved the way for the navy to become a blue-water navy. Six ships were launched by Hyundai Heavy Industries and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering  between 2002 and 2006. The destroyer class is also known as DDH-II.

The PAK FA (Russian: ПАК ФА, Russian: Перспективный авиационный комплекс фронтовой авиации, Perspektivny Aviatsionny Kompleks Frontovoy Aviatsii, literally "Prospective Airborne Complex of Frontline Aviation") is a fifth-generation fighter programme of the Russian Air Force being developed by Sukhoi of Russia. It will be used to meet the requirements of the Russian and Indian Air Forces. The first prototype aircraft, T-50, took its 47-minute maiden flight on 29 January 2010 at the Komsomol'sk-na-Amur Airport, and is planned for introduction in 2013. It is the first fighter aircraft developed by Sukhoi since the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The Ray-Ting 2000 (RT2000), or Thunderbolt-2000, is a new Artillery Multiple Launch Rocket System (AMLRS) manufactured by Taiwan-based Chungshan Institute of Science and Technology (CSIST) for the Republic of China (Taiwan) Army. The wheeled MLRS replaces the existing Kung Feng VI 117mm rocket system.

The medium-sized aircraft is built mainly to meet the needs of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and will replace its current ageing fleet of Nanchang A-5, Chengdu F-7P / PG and Dassault Mirage III / V fighter aircraft.

Chengdu J-20 Multirole Stealth Fighter Aircraft, China


The Chengdu J-20 (simplified Chinese: 歼-20; traditional Chinese: 殲-20) is a stealth, twinjet, fifth-generation fighter aircraft prototype being developed by China's Chengdu Aerospace Corporation for the Air Force (PLAAF).Its Nato reporting name is Black Eagle.The J-20 made its first flight on 11 January 2011, and is expected to be operational in 2018.Two prototypes were developed in November 2010 for aerial and ground testing.
Potential customers of the J-20 are Pakistan, the Middle East, Latin America, South-East Asia and African countries.
The J-XX program was started in the late 1990s. A proposal from Chengdu Aerospace Corporation, designated Project 718, won the PLAAF endorsement following a 2008 competition against a Shenyang proposal that was larger than the J-20.
In 2009, a senior PLAAF official revealed that the first flight was expected in 2010–11, with an service entry date by 2019.
On 22 December 2010, the first J-20 prototype underwent high speed taxiing tests outside the Chengdu Aircraft Design Institute.
